1. Refund Policy

We follow a strict No Refund Policy. Refunds are only applicable if:

• A course or service is canceled by tild.pro due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, refunds will be processed within 6-7 working days through the original mode of payment.

2. Course Fee Policy

• All course fees listed on tild.pro are subject to change without prior notice.
• Once you enroll and make a payment, the fee agreed upon during enrollment will remain unchanged for the duration of your course.

3. Flexi-Pass Policy

We offer a Flexi-Pass to students who have paid the full course fees. The Flexi-Pass includes the following benefits:

• The ability to repeat or rejoin the course within 8 months from the joining date under the same trainer and branch.
• In cases where:
  • A trainer leaves tild.pro, or
  • A student requests a change in trainer, batch, or branch,
    an administrative fee of $40 (or local equivalent) + taxes will be charged to reissue the Flexi-Pass.

4. General Terms

When you enroll in any course or service at tild.pro, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment Receipts:
  Collect and securely store your payment receipt at the time of enrollment. This receipt is required to avail Flexi-Pass benefits.
• Job Placement Disclaimer:
  We do not guarantee job placements upon course completion. We also do not accept payments for job placements.
• Personal Belongings:
  Students are responsible for their personal belongings. tild.pro is not liable for any loss or damage on the premises.
• Data Security:
  • We recommend using a personal internet connection on our premises.
  • If you use tild.pro’s network or third-party connections, we are not responsible for any data loss, security breaches, or personal data theft.
• Testimonials and Publicity:
  By enrolling, you consent to tild.pro using your testimonials, photos, and videos for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Instagram).
  Note: Any publicly shared personal information could be used to send you promotional messages. We are not responsible for any unsolicited communication you may receive.
• Course Content Updates:
  Our courses are constantly evolving. We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time without prior notice. If dissatisfied, your only recourse is to discontinue using our services.
• Policies Display:
  We display all Terms and Policies on our website and expect students to review them before enrolling.

5. Right to Suspend/Terminate Services

tild.pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to our services at any time, with or without notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of our terms and conditions.
• Any behavior deemed harmful to the learning environment.

We also reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any changes.
